Conclusion of contract

A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and BTI when your order has been confirmed by BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS upon sending an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been confirmed and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.

You are only allowed to purchase products in the BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS online shop if you are a private consumer, i.e. not a business customer. Business customers may use the site for purposes of business by contacting us on contact@blessedtempleidols.com

Prices & taxes

All prices are stated inclusive of all taxes wherever applicable. The applicable price is the one stated in the BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing of the order.

Liabilities

BTI reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated in the Blessed temple idols online shop. Furthermore, BTI reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes, and/or other costs stated in the BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS online shop at any time, e.g. due to changes in tax rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices from time to time.

When ordering goods in the BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS online shop in India all goods will be shipped free of shipping costs. However, these terms are subject to change from time to time.

Delivery

BTI will deliver purchased goods based on the gestation periods indicated for each product on its Buying page.

BTI reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping via the BLESSED TEMPLE IDOLS online shop. Products will be delivered within 7 -10 working days

Returns

​

As all our products are handmade and sourced from artisans in the remote corners of India, we do not accept any returns save and except damaged products due to transportation.  Upon company policies on verification, the product will be replaced or a full refund will be provided.

Liabilities

BTI is not liable for any delays or for non-performance due to force majeure. For as long as a force majeure situation persists, BTI is relieved from the performance of its obligations.

BTI liability for any and all claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the good purchased by you.

BTI assumes product liability vis-a-vis you under applicable law.
